Compile-time reactivity for JS

Write variables. Get reactivity.

$$ defines a reactive boundary. Variables declared inside it are reactive, and$ reacts when they change.

$ pnpm add silmaril

Plain variables

Inside $$, a variable that changes is reactive. $ runs again when the variables it reads change.
